Thank you for looking into the issue. I can confirm that data is coming in now but we are definitely missing data so hopefully they will fix that soon. Earlier I tried to switch datafeed but I think I missed a step.. after switching to another datafeed under Data/Trade Service Settings - 'Service', do we need to uncheck 'Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' in order to switch? I didn't uncheck it earlier because I thought I can leave that checked so I can still get historical data from SC. Thanks. |
