SC requests funds for unidentified service continuation

I have tried to request info regarding the service being shutoff, I tried Useing support ticket. SC emailed me that I have no support tickets and that the support ticket is for a different account. The accounting page reports that I am using Amp. I have no arrangements with Amp. My level 3 expires on July 30 so that is probably not the issue.
I don't know how to resolve any of this.

Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account. You need a balance of at least 15.36 USD. You can activate and deactivate the Service Package on your account.

You will need to make a payment of 15.36 USD.
This just simply means that if you want to be able to use Sierra Chart past 2016-08-01, you need to make a payment. But this can be done anytime.
