I have tried to request info regarding the service being shutoff, I tried Useing support ticket. SC emailed me that I have no support tickets and that the support ticket is for a different account. The accounting page reports that I am using Amp. I have no arrangements with Amp. My level 3 expires on July 30 so that is probably not the issue.
I don't know how to resolve any of this.
Assistance appreciated
