"New Instance" issue and how to remove [R]?

Hi I am using Rithmic. Recently I use the "New Instance" instead of 2 simultaneous login to 2 Sierra Chart. I dont know what I did wrongly. In the "DTC-Sub Instance", when I realise all the Symbol has this [R] next to them. When I tried to place a trade, I got this error message "Rithmic Trading order update (Order reject). Info: Simulated Trade Account (Sim1) cannot be used when Trade Simulation Mode is disabled. Internal Order ID: 23319. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: FGBL0916-EUREX | 2016-07-14 11:26:45 * " However, the Sub Instance is not in SIM. In the Sub Instance, if I am to Open a new DOM from Find Symbol, all are working fine. Could you tell me how to remove all the [R] in the charts? When I install a new copy, and open these chartbooks, they keep opening up the Main Copy to access the data feed. Sorry, I hope I am clear in my description of problem faced. |

Thanks! The problem is solved. I have another minor issue. I go through my message log, there is this " Rithmic Trading | Message from server: Server Alert: The subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Dependent network services and/or data were not available. | 2016-07-15 03:19:10 Symbol Error - ZNU5-CBOT is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. | 2016-07-15 03:19:10" I used to subscribe to ZN data. Now, I did not open up any charts for ZN, but it seems ZN data is still being requested every time Sierra Chart opens. May I know how to remove this? Thanks! |
