Good morning! + I performed all the related steps associated with the sierra help section: Date-Time Issues and Settings to Check. + I also checked my firewall and my computer clock as well as the sierra chart date and time stamp located in the header section against my computer time clock and found no issues. + I observed in the Global Settings > Data Trade Service Settings that my HTTP SSL Proxy Port is: 443 and in further review of your help section it indicates to use Port 80. However, I had not had prior issue with data download and time stamp issues using Port 443. PLEASE ADVISE. In the interim I will continue to utilize the EDIT > DELETE ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD feature as the error message appears to clear from the Message Log in order to move forward on my day to day data use. I will await your response to the Port inquiry. As always thank you for you assistance with this matter. Regards, Spikeygirl |

The SSL Proxy Port is not relevant. Where do you see in the documentation where it says to set this to 80? You are running an older version of Sierra Chart. Oh as for your inquiry concerning setting the port to 80, it is referenced in the section where it speaks about wanting historic data. I only mentioned it in the event that my one historic chart was causing said issue, but it hasn't in the past but just thought I would toss it out there just in case. Ya never know. Later |

Regarding port 80 that is actually a different setting. It is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#UsingPort80 If you still have problem with historical data, let us know.
