Good morning!

+ I performed all the related steps associated with the sierra help section: Date-Time Issues and Settings to Check.

+ I also checked my firewall and my computer clock as well as the sierra chart date and time stamp located in the header section against my computer time clock and found no issues.

+ I observed in the Global Settings > Data Trade Service Settings that my HTTP SSL Proxy Port is: 443 and in further review of your help section it indicates to use Port 80. However, I had not had prior issue with data download and time stamp issues using Port 443. PLEASE ADVISE.

In the interim I will continue to utilize the EDIT > DELETE ALL DATA AND DOWNLOAD feature as the error message appears to clear from the Message Log in order to move forward on my day to day data use. I will await your response to the Port inquiry.
