Closed and reopened the Dom - trade not showing anymore??

I accidentally closed the wrong dom, which I was in a trade in with stop order and limit order target.
After reopening the dom of that market and contract month, it does not show my entry price anymore, neither on the ladder nor in the field on the left (it says flat and no P/L).
However the trade still shows on the chart, but it does also not show it in the orders and positions window. What is going on?

This is not making sense. We need to see an image of the Trade DOM. Provide it by following these instructions:

Sorry I wasn't precise enough. The actual entry price had gone but the limit and stop orders were still in place both the same on the dom and on the chart.

I pulled the stop/limit orders, so not sure how to show it to you now.

You can at least still see the two market positions that I had entered but the chart dom does not show these orders.

All of this is very unusual. We normally do not hear about such problems when using CQG. It could be that the CQG server is not providing the Trade Position data. But that would seem unlikely.

We want you to update Sierra Chart to the latest "prerelease" following these instructions:

We did find a problem where under some conditions which likely are unusual, the Position Data would not display on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab. But it would display on charts.

After that, if you do not see the Position Quantity reported, then refer to:
