I subscribed to live data through CQG yesterday for the above future. I am unable to download historical data. I called CQG support and spoke with Anthony. He tells me the issue is on your side (Sierra Servers). Please advise |

Go to that chart and right-click on one of the chart bars and select Delete and Download Data. After that provide the Message Log. The proper way to send the Message Log is not through an Account Support Ticket. But to follow the procedure and either post it here or use the Send For Analysis button on the Message Log. We did look at the Message Log and you did receive data for the June and September contracts for this futures market as we would expect. There is not historical data previous to that. 2 months is not historical data, I am trying to go back 2 years. Is this a CQG issue? Please let me know so I can call them to resolve it. |
