The proper way to send the Message Log is not through an Account Support Ticket. But to follow the procedure and either post it here or use the Send For Analysis button on the Message Log. We did look at the Message Log and you did receive data for the June and September contracts for this futures market as we would expect. There is not historical data previous to that.
