Sort of works - but the Alert Manager header section is still black text on white - kinda clunky. IMO now it should all be white text on black. Is this a feature or a bug? LOL.

The color settings only affect the list control within that window. Not anything else.

Kinda defeats the appearance goal to conform with all my charts (black background, much easier on the eyes) Therefore a bug. Should be on the fixit list.

This is most definitely not a bug and we do not want to hear this. If you are not happy with Sierra Chart then use another program.

Another lousy message to your customer. You need to take lessons in customer support. The alert display condition is a design / visual appearance error and an annoyance. You should learn how to gracefully accept customer input. And PS, I like and have recommended Sierra charts. It is your arrogance that is most unacceptable.

We do not need any lessons and thank you for your comments and the recommendations. This is also not typical customer support here but engineering level support . We are direct and to the point and operate only within reasonable bounds. The typical way to gracefully accept customer input is to say something nice and then to privately ignore the customer if the idea is not accepted. We do not do that. We are just telling the truth but we did not go into the engineering reasons because we do not have time to do that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Sierra would be an even better product if Sierra would listen to customer requests. I've been using Sierra for more than 5 years and like the product. It is Sierra's unwillingness to implement what are important to me suggestions that is frustrating. For example; a Slope study that would calculate the slope of a plot between to data points rather than a cumbersome series of embedded compound and statements; a Indicator Inverse and Reciprocal study; a fix for the Linear Regression channels to correctly handle day start; a smart Net Day Change study; the ability to have custom alert messages; the Alert Manager appearance and customization. Said without prejudice. Have a nice day.

We do listen to customer requests. Are you willing to pay for the 15,000USD worth of requests you have made. We cannot be doing everything that everyone wants on demand. Are you willing to pay for it. You already admitting to it: important to me
We are making no apologies here. We do not need lessons. That is complete and utter nonsense. If you are not happy you can use another program like we previously said. We reaffirm that. The reason we say this, is because we need to make it clear there are some things we cannot do or will not be done anytime soon and we do not want any unnecessary reliance on us. a fix for the Linear Regression channels to correctly handle day start;
This was already addressed. We explained it but apparently you did not understand it. You need to update to the latest prerelease. And make sure you set both a Date and Time. You must set both.
