Sierra would be an even better product if Sierra would listen to customer requests. I've been using Sierra for more than 5 years and like the product. It is Sierra's unwillingness to implement what are important to me suggestions that is frustrating. For example; a Slope study that would calculate the slope of a plot between to data points rather than a cumbersome series of embedded compound and statements; a Indicator Inverse and Reciprocal study; a fix for the Linear Regression channels to correctly handle day start; a smart Net Day Change study; the ability to have custom alert messages; the Alert Manager appearance and customization.
