I can't see my charts

Hello good afternoon, I have a problem with the charts, May 10th I paid my charts for a month and I can not see them. When I open the platform, on the left side there is a yellow box saying that it is trying to reconnect and that is all I can see, nothing else. I don't know if there's a problem with my account and maybe that is why I can not see the charts. I checked with my bank to see if I had been charged, and they said that I was charged on May 10th. Also I would like for you to help me by showing me how to set up my ticks, I would like for them to start every eight ticks together with the price scale. I will send a picture as well too, I would like to have the ticks start where the blue arrows point to. |

Yes. I want real time charts. I trade in oil and in gold. My broker is R.J.O'BRIEN. I have free real time charts provided by my broker, but these are time-charts, and I want Tick-charts to set them up exactly the way I sent you in the image. When I paid the 36 dollars, I thought I was getting real time charts, my plan was to set them up the way I showed you in the picture I sent last time with the blue arrows. I only paid for a month so I could make sure that those charts were the ones I wanted, once I was sure that it was those, I was going to set them up the way I showed you in the picture and then buy a full 18 months. On another note, on May 10th I paid the charts for a month. Since then, I have not been able to see my charts at all. Ever since May 10th, when I try to open the charts I paid for, a blank page comes up stating that it is reconnecting and that is it. When I had the free trial charts everything was running smoothly. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong. Thank you.

Through RJ O'Brien, what is the name of the software that you submit orders through? Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to "SC Data - All Services". Also update Sierra Chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate Once this is done you can find the symbols in File >> Find Symbol and can use the historical data for now. You need to be using a supported trading service otherwise the exchange fees for Gold and Oil are going to cost you 190 USD a month Plus an additional 35 a month for the data feed. So really it is best that they set you up on CQG which Sierra Chart supports, if RJ O'Brien supports that. Rithmic and CTS are also supported.
