Through RJ O'Brien, what is the name of the software that you submit orders through?

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to "SC Data - All Services".

Also update Sierra Chart:

Once this is done you can find the symbols in File >> Find Symbol and can use the historical data for now.
