I'm using Infinity Brokers and I believe I have everything setup correctly to do live automated trades, but when it came time to execute the trade I got this error in the Log. Does anyone know why my trades are not being sent to Infinity Brokers?

Ok, but it showed green and that I was connected already. I did what you suggested by disconnecting and reconnecting. Does this mean that I have to do this periodically? How do I know if I need to do this?

Update to the latest version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

There should not be a need to manually do this with the latest version.

The reason this was required, because as a safety measure TransAct asked us to not connect to the order server when the user is in trade simulation mode. So apparently at the time the connection was made you had trade simulation mode enabled and disabled that during the connection. In the latest version, when you disable trade simulation mode, a reconnection will automatically occur.
