No real-time data although I have live AMP trading account

Hello, I have live AMP trading and second Sierra instance is running but I do not see real time data. I have enabled "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" data. What is wrong? Regards Miroslav |

But I need data with Market Depth from Sierra. Then I have to run two instances of Sierra Chart, is it right?

No. You just use one copy of Sierra Chart connected to your AMP trading account and the Sierra Chart data feed will be received into that instance. Thank you for explanation, now it is clear. I suppose my problem is I have two Sierra accounts. First I created mh512013, subscribed for Sierra platform and then I changed my AMP account to TTNet data feed and Sierra created my second account AC100553. Probably I have to use only AMP account but there is no subscription. Am I right? Is possible to move my subscriptions from mh512013 to AC100553 account?
