Thank you for explanation, now it is clear. I suppose my problem is I have two Sierra accounts. First I created mh512013, subscribed for Sierra platform and then I changed my AMP account to TTNet data feed and Sierra created my second account AC100553. Probably I have to use only AMP account but there is no subscription. Am I right? Is possible to move my subscriptions from mh512013 to AC100553 account?
