Dear sierra chart members.

Since my last download i have gabs in my eurex charts (fdax,fesx,fgbl...), in the last 3 days.

We see you are using the Rithmic trading platform service.


We looked into this and historical data should work properly for those symbols.

What we want you to do is as follows:

Clear the Message Log:

Go to one of those charts and right click on the chart before the missing data and select Delete and Download Data.

After that provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions here:

Yes, we see what the problem is. We are thinking about a solution.

Just give us about 2 hours.

This is an unusual case because you are using EUREX through Rithmic. This is not common.

Update to prerelease 1390 by following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

The problem should be resolved but we are not 100 percent sure because we were not able to test it.

Also update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

After the update you will need to re-download the missing data by right clicking on the chart before the missing data and selecting Delete and Download Data.
