Update to prerelease 1390 by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate The problem should be resolved but we are not 100 percent sure because we were not able to test it. Also update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps After the update you will need to re-download the missing data by right clicking on the chart before the missing data and selecting Delete and Download Data.
