Hello SC Support, I'm not getting live feeds on Russell 2000 mini (TF). I've updated the software to the most recent version. My SC is connected with Rithmic feeds. I'm getting live data on Rithmic trading platform, but not on SC charts. It seems when I open the charts, they are updated to that moment but no live feeds afterwards. Thank you! TWC |

I have subscription to ICE data. I'm not getting live data for NQ either. Your broker needs to be contacted about this. They will help you with it and get in contact with Rithmic if necessary. The proper support procedure in this case is for you to contact your broker. We have no control over this.
