Missing data

Hi,

I continue to have problems,
a) Missing data on some charts, not all.

Attached is a copy of the Daily chart with no problem. Gives me the correct OHLC. The High in this case is 2039.75

The Second chart is 30 mins. The highest candle shows high of the day is 2033.50
There are missing candles obviously. I tried everything in the Help Section as well as all the suggestions given by Sierra Support Board in response to my last request for help.

If the daily and weekly chart show the correct HIGH, I assume that the data from the data provider is not the issue. Nor is my internet connection. Is Sierra the problem? How can I rectify this problem?

Clear the Message Log:

Right-click on the chart before 3-24 and select Delete and Download Data.

After the download completes post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
