problem with updating chart in the remote copy

Hello, I decided to run simultaneously several copies of Sierra on one computer. I want to have one copy as a source copy connected to my Interactive brokers account and other copies connected to this source copy. The source copy is totaly new without any charts or chartbooks. All chartbooks that I use are only in the other copies. And now I open my existing chartbook in the copy connected to the source copy and these charts starts only from the 6.3.2016. I want to download longer history for example 90 days but there is now change. In the message log there is written that this is a remote chart data file and I should perform this operation from the copy of Sierra where the data file originates from. I am sorry but I do not understand it. can you let me know what am I doing wrong? The method you are currently using to share data is going to be phased out. You cannot create Continuous Futures Contracts this way. There is a new method using the DTC Server which is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DTCServer.php#UsingDTCServerForDataAndTradingInAnotherSCInstance If you update to version 1389 you have the ability to start new instances easily through File >> New Instance. And through Global Settings >>General Settings >> Instances to Open on Startup (Instance numbers comma separated). Prerelease 1389 will be out in about 20 minutes. Hello, I have updated Sierra to version 1389. Started new instance:File/New instance. This has cloned this version into the new Sierra with data files folder inside the "mother" version Sierra: C:\SierraChart_1\SierraChartInstance_2\Data\. In this "daughter" version there are exactly the same chartbooks from the "mother" version. So I opened one of my chartbooks and all charts starts at the same date 9.3.2016 and in the message log there is written that it is unable to build continuous contract. What do I do wrong? I have to add that the "mother" version is connected to my IB sim account. And I also noticed that the symbol (ES) does not keep the session times from the "mother" version.
