Hello, I decided to run simultaneously several copies of Sierra on one computer. I want to have one copy as a source copy connected to my Interactive brokers account and other copies connected to this source copy. The source copy is totaly new without any charts or chartbooks. All chartbooks that I use are only in the other copies. And now I open my existing chartbook in the copy connected to the source copy and these charts starts only from the 6.3.2016. I want to download longer history for example 90 days but there is now change. In the message log there is written that this is a remote chart data file and I should perform this operation from the copy of Sierra where the data file originates from. I am sorry but I do not understand it. can you let me know what am I doing wrong?
