My account is free trial, just activated for 1st connection (USD35) and activated to get full CME data (USD3.25). However, when I open my chartbook after restarting, only historical data of ESM16 is loaded (and pop up "symbol unknown") and ESM16[M] was found in intraday chart (don't know if it matters). I have read the documentation and tried, but doesn't work. Please check my data feed status (if I correctly subscribed real-time data for CME) or recommended solution. Thank you |

Since you do not have a live trading account with one of the supported trading services you need to activate the CME Globex Only exchange for 42 USD. There is a trial for this. We have done this now. Having a similar problem can bring up historical data but unable to get real time data on trial in Trading Dom or a chart ex. ESM16. Went through the Not Receiving Real-Time Data From Data Feed help topics still having issues.

Hi, I've just sent a message log from my SC, because I can't connect to real-time data feed. I have subscribed 2 real time connections, only one computer connect to real-time now, but no data feed. Tried to connect IB live trading account, then switch to SC data service again, doesn't work. Please check and advise. Thanks |

We are checking the Message Log now. However, you must connect Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers live account and you cannot switch to the SC Data - All Services service and be able to receive the real-time CME data. That will not work. This should not affect the connection but one problem we see as we are looking at the Message Log is this: Notice: Your computer's clock is off by 3564 seconds.
