missing backfill for realtime via CQG Fix (from ninjatrader brokerage) all of my Eurex contracts have no realtime backfill (e.g. FDAX Bund) Some CME contracts also (e.g Notes) realtime ticks coming in for all. please have a look |

We do not see any missing data for the symbols. Therefore, there must be a problem downloading the data from your side. After updating Symbols from Server the back fill works now. TY
