Hello, please check my account. When I was trading with live FXCM FIX today there were 2 times when after I put my trade on I could not modify stop loss and take profit orders. Orders were shown on a chart but I could not drag the lines, they just snapped back to initial prices. ALso, the Cancell orders in DOM functionality was not working. Flatten gladfully did work. I also recorded 1min video if it helps you let me know. Error dissapeared when I restarted SC but it was very sensitive situation since I was trading very low time frame. Please check and let me know what you think could cause the issue so it doesn't repeat. Maybe it was something at my end but everything else worked fine including internet. USDCAD 3/14/16 8:02am EST. I was able to open the order through Sierra Chart but my attached orders did not appear to send. They appaear on my chart with a status of "order Sent", but I am not able to cancel or move them. The orders do not appear open when I log into FXCM, but the position is open.

2016-03-15 : For FXCM disabled use of server-side OCO orders because available documentation is out of date and inconsistent and there is no Client Order ID returned in the execution report. Needed to perform trial and error in order to determine how to submit an OCO order successfully but still there is the execution report problem. The above is not going to matter because in about two weeks we are coming out with a new connection model for FXCM where all orders will be routed through a central order server and OCO bracket orders will be managed on our server using a consistent and reliable method. We will be providing more details as we get closer to this release.
