chart will not update

I have a chart (ES), one of four charts in a chartbook that will not update in real time. The other charts work fine, just the ES chart has stopped updating. How do I solve this problem?

If you are using TransAct, please contact TransAct support about this. We have been getting reports of this lately. We do not know why. Also make certain you are using the ESU3 symbol.

I contacted TransAct, they could not fix the problem. Also I have Sierra Charts running on two different computers. Version 990 on one runs fine, Version 992 on the other is the problem computer. Can I roll back to Version 990?

We recognize what the problem now is. We have discussed this with TransAct. We are going to put out a new release in about 30 minutes which will resolve this. It has to do with symbols that use a #. These should not be passed to TransAct and has caused a problem within their server software that was unexpected.
