We recognize what the problem now is. We have discussed this with TransAct. We are going to put out a new release in about 30 minutes which will resolve this.

It has to do with symbols that use a #. These should not be passed to TransAct and has caused a problem within their server software that was unexpected. This is why no data was being received for futures symbols that do not use the # that have the same underlying symbol.
