Hello I'm not getting live chart updates and DOM shows last price as the price when Sierra is 1st loaded. Using CTS T4 feed which has been bulletproof for several year. I was away from Sierra now trying it again but this will obviously need to be resolved before I can trade. I sent you a log file looks like no errors, and I'm running your very latest version.

Odd that I am still on an old version, I updated twice this weekend! DOes it not automatically DL the latest version for you? Very odd. I have tried everything else and still no luck, will have to just keep trying |

OK so, I have now 'updated' Sierra 3 times in the last 2 days, each time is says there is no new download, but still says I am running version 1325. I have done this again this morning just to check. Sierra is NOT updating properly and I think the other issue with charts is related to this issue. FYI

I have finally been able to update Sierra to the latest version, and the problem with charts and DOMs not updating still persists. I can't figure this out

We suspected the problem would still be there when you updated because we did not see any problem in the Message Log. This is why we also referred to post #3. Also, new versions do not automatically download. You have to manually start them. We are not sure why you are having a problem with the download, but we understand that you have now updated Sierra Chart. We can look into this problem using remote assistance now. Problem has been resolved. The CTS Throughput and Buffering setting in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings was not set to Fast Trade.

The default is Fast Trade but we think we know why we specified Smart Trade in the documentation. Possibly to minimize the bandwidth used by FIX connection. What was the setting that you had?
