We suspected the problem would still be there when you updated because we did not see any problem in the Message Log. This is why we also referred to post #3. Also, new versions do not automatically download. You have to manually start them. We are not sure why you are having a problem with the download, but we understand that you have now updated Sierra Chart. We can look into this problem using remote assistance now.
