Dear SierraChart! Can i ask, bundled/unbundled mode now is supporting and with real-time quotes and with historical (from last week may be of course only, but..) CTS wrote me: >Are you on our front end or sierra? If sierra then you will need to ask them about it. If our front end >then everything should have bundled/unbundled for live and historical. Can you answer? Becouse, i can't see differences between bundled/unbundled for March 6e for this friday historic, but i have seen it at real time before! Thank u a lot! with respect.. |

When using CTS T4 FIX, then bundled and unbundled CME data is supported and is controlled by Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Other Settings >>Unbundle CME Trades. Make sure you are on the latest version of Sierra Chart. After changing this setting, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >Delete All Data and Download. OK, this is meaning, historical data (of course, after redownloading) can be in 2 conditions: bundlend and unbundled, right? If so, why at fridays 6E only unbundled? I have triggered unbundled mode to FALSE, redownloaded of course, and still see no differences ;( at real time, yes, it's working, with historical filling - no. |

at real time, yes, it's working, with historical filling - no. After examining how the data is processed in Sierra Chart, this is an indication that the data is unbundled from the CTS system no matter how you have "Unbundle CME Trades" set in Sierra Chart. We are checking with CTS about this. The FIX tag, 3301, which provides the data to unbundle the trades does not exist in the historical data. So the trades would appear to us to be bundled. We do see a problem with the CTS historical data regarding bundling and unbundling and we are waiting for the response from CTS about this.
