When using CTS T4 FIX, then bundled and unbundled CME data is supported and is controlled by Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Other Settings >>Unbundle CME Trades. Make sure you are on the latest version of Sierra Chart. After changing this setting, re-download the data in the chart with Edit >Delete All Data and Download.
