as there is an extra thread needed, here's my post again:

i've made a little video which sums up the russell issues i am facing every day:

in 30 sec of video it has 3 major hickups and one small one.. this isnt staged, thats what i face the entire day. apart from the occasional outtage.

please, push your new ice feed that we can move on.

We are following up with Barchart about this now.

Our understanding is they are aware of it and their new Open Feed which we are currently working on solves this. But we need to confirm this.

From Barchart:
I have confirmed with our programming team, that there was a crash caused by excessive load yesterday between 9:31 and 9:36am.

I have also confirmed that the Openfeed ICE translator engine did not crash and is designed differently and won't have this problem. Additionally once we switch to DDF through Openfeed as opposed to DDF from ICE directly, we should also not have this problem any more (we are hoping to make the transition this month).

we have this issue every day (today also) - so it happens more often than barchart says.

however, great news that they / you switch in february.

OK, understood.

Obviously we are not happy about this when customers pay a lot for the exchange fee but of course neither Barchart or us receives anything from that.
