From Barchart: I have confirmed with our programming team, that there was a crash caused by excessive load yesterday between 9:31 and 9:36am.
I have also confirmed that the Openfeed ICE translator engine did not crash and is designed differently and won't have this problem. Additionally once we switch to DDF through Openfeed as opposed to DDF from ICE directly, we should also not have this problem any more (we are hoping to make the transition this month).
