Every 30min I get disconnected from SC

I did go through the process of unchecking and trading live but this message still pops up and I get disconnected.

If you did do live trade, you should not notice this. However, please update by selecting Help >> Download Current Version . Let us know if you still see the problem.

This is happening to me too and I already did update to the latest version. I have contacted Optimus who say this is a Sierra issue

Are you on a demo or live trading account through Optimus futures?

If you are using a live trading account, please refer to the below information. If not, please let us know.

Please update to the latest version by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. The notice will now only show if there is 15 days of no trading.

To avoid this notice, submit an order when not in Trade Simulation Mode and then cancel it if you want. It can be a limit order that is away from the market. If you need help with submitting order, let us know and we will give you instructions.

You can even submit an order over the weekend. As long as you put one in, that is all that is necessary even if it gets rejected.

If Sierra Chart users are not trading enough through Rithmic, then all Sierra Chart users will be cut off from Rithmic and Zen Fire by the end of this year. We have been warned.
