hi

I have some trouble downloading data for intraday chart. However, the daily chart succed to download all the data correctly.

I checked the log, and I think the port 10060, 10046 or 10047 seem to be blocked by the router of my company. So I try to use the port 80 option by checking the "Use port 80 for historical data" in the SC server setting but I still get the same message in the log and intraday data can t be downloaded. SC seems to keep dowloading via port 10060,10046 or 10047 and not the port 80.

how can I dowload data for intraday chart without port 10060,10046 or 10047?

Port 80 is not going to work in your case. You are on a restrictive firewall.

Do not use port 80.

You need to a have your network open ports 10046, 10047, 10149. Refer to:

Or you need to use a mobile wireless connection to bypass the network you are using.
