Currently I am using the trial version of Sierra Chart and are encountering the following issues :

1) Whenever I tried to open the historical chart for $HSI of a lower time frame ( Eg hourly ; minute ), the chart window stays blank after the command for loading is complete.

2) When I add the Volume and Ask/Bid Volume Difference Bars studies to the historical $HSI daily chart, nothing are reflected for both the studies added.

Both the screenshots are uploaded for your reference and understanding of the issues I am facing while using Sierra Chart.

Need your kind assistance and advise.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Darren

1. This means there is not Intraday data available for that symbol.

2. This means there is not volume data for that symbol.

Thank you for your reply.

Just to highlight, in my past experience while trying Sierra Chart, I was able to access the Intraday data for $HSI and the Volume Studies data as well.

Is there any service/data provider which I can subscribe for their data feeds or do I need to open a live account in order to access the $HSI symbol and the volume studies.

Kindly advise.

What you are referring to probably is the HSI CFD symbol through the SC Forex Data service. Refer to the instructions here:
Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service

The symbol is:
HKG33
