Currently I am using the trial version of Sierra Chart and are encountering the following issues : 1) Whenever I tried to open the historical chart for $HSI of a lower time frame ( Eg hourly ; minute ), the chart window stays blank after the command for loading is complete. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1453907691797.png 2) When I add the Volume and Ask/Bid Volume Difference Bars studies to the historical $HSI daily chart, nothing are reflected for both the studies added. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1453907740566.png Both the screenshots are uploaded for your reference and understanding of the issues I am facing while using Sierra Chart.
