I have version 1336 and 1227 installed on my PC and today noticed that on version 1336, there is no weekly TPO profile plot for July and August 2015. On version 1227, all weekly TPO profiles are shown. Version 1227 is using OEC feed and version 1336 is using CQG feed. On version 1336, the message log stated that "Array message repeat count limit reached | 2016-01-08 15:10:56" Please assist. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-01-08 20:55:53

This is not version specific. You need to remove the TPO Profile Chart study from the chart and see what data is missing from the chart. The best way to do this is to go to that chart and select Chart >> Duplicate Chart and remove the TPO Profile Chart study from that duplicated chart. So the original chart is intact. Post image of the chart showing that missing data. After removing the TPO Profile study and changing the chart settings to historical data using candlestick style, The July and Aug 2015 data are plotted on the chart. Please assist to check what is the cause of this issue and how to have the chart plot the July and Aug 2015 TPO and volume studies. |

You are making this more complicated. There was no need to change the Chart Settings. And the reason the Intraday chart is not showing any bars is because the Graph Draw Type has been set to "Blank". And also this is the method to provide an image of the chart: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Do not use any other method. Is not acceptable to us for various reasons because we cannot see everything that we need to see. Anyway, clearly there is missing Intraday data. And this is a Continuous Futures Contract chart. Therefore, follow the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Also for the historical Daily charts, the Symbol of the chart should be the standard CQG symbol. Select Chart >> Chart Settings. Take the symbol in the Trade and Current Quote Symbol box and put it in the Symbol box. Also, why are you running a very old version of Sierra Chart for OEC. We will not provide any support for that old version. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
