Hello, during my replay empty data appeared in number bars chart (price chart is ok). It happened randomly. For ex: Monday - data ok Tuesday - no data Wednesday - data ok Thursday - data ok for about one hour and then no data..... How can I solve this problem? I tried: Edit - Reload all charts, but it didn´t help. Please see the pic. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1450097543205.png |

We see you are using Interactive Brokers. Therefore, for the necessary and accurate data for Numbers Bars you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Otherwise, Numbers Bars will be inaccurate with real-time data and also the most recent 10 minutes of data after historical data is downloaded. No, these missing data are from October 2015. During that time I used Sierra Chart Real - Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed (35,- USD) + Full CME Group (3,25 USD). I suspended those data for December 2015 (I will use Sierra Data from January again). I suppose that I can use Sierra Chart data for Replay for months which I paid (accurate data for Numbers Bars). Am I right? |

OK therefore, in this particular case follow the instructions here to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Using Sierra Chart Historical Data You then just need to re-download the data as explained. I checked your link and my settings (Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Setting) is the same as it´s recommended. Do I have to follow step 8? Retry downloading the Intraday chart data again. For Intraday charts, follow the Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart section. Or just select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Can I Delete All Data? Will be data reloaded even when I am not using Sierra Chart Real - Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed now, because I suspended them for December? |

Yes, you do have to follow the step to re-download data. Since your Sierra Chart service package is on 5, you will get historical tick by tick data from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and it will have the correct data for Numbers Bars.
