I checked your link and my settings (Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Setting) is the same as it´s recommended.

Do I have to follow step 8?
Retry downloading the Intraday chart data again. For Intraday charts, follow the Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart section. Or just select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Can I Delete All Data? Will be data reloaded even when I am not using Sierra Chart Real - Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed now, because I suspended them for December?
