I am having an issue for the past few days that Chart Dom and Trade Dom doesn't display Bid/Ask Depth Size although I am very sure I include the Bid/Ask Depth Size in the column setting of Chart Dom and Trade Dom. It was okay until the last 3 days. Please advise. Thanks

Do you see at least one level of Bid and Ask Size values displayed?

Go to the chart and select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window. Do you see all of the market depth displayed there?

None of the Bid and Ask Depth values is displayed. I go to Chart>> Open Depth Window and I didn't see any there either. All numbers are zero there. Please advise. Thanks

We do not see any problem with this.

Restart Sierra Chart, and open one chart and then open the market depth window for it . Let us know if you see the problem and at that time provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

This is the message I saw when I open a market depth from Find Symbol:

Requesting market depth updates for: ZBH6-CBOT if supported. | 2015-12-07 07:33:57
Rithmic Trading | Message from server: Server Alert: get_order_book error : 13. Result text: "permission denied" | 2015-12-07 07:33:57

You need to contact your broker about this message:

Rithmic Trading | Message from server: Server Alert: get_order_book error : 13. Result text: "permission denied" | 2015-12-07 07:33:57

Your Rithmic account is not allowed access to the market depth data for CBOT futures.
