I had placed a order on dom with a stop. when stop was hit I also hit market order on dom for the opposite direction . THAT FROZE EVERYTHING I reloaded sierra 3 times but still cant get the orders to show before the crash , only fresh orders after the crash.
How to fix this , is the question . Thx

Did Sierra Chart itself become actually frozen? That is highly unusual.

Is Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On enabled? Make sure that is set correctly as you require.

Also check to make sure the correct Trade Account is selected:

Do see the orders in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders? If not, they are not being provided by the trading service assuming they are non-simulated.

thank you for the response ! Yes this is live trading. The trade orders and postion site did show the orders up until the charts all froze. After freeze it only showed the newly placed orders. Who would the "trading service " in your post message refer too? Is it rithmic or is it AMP Futures ?Thx.

The trading service is Rithmic in this case.

However, you can only be assured of seeing currently Open orders in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.

You need to look at the Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity for filled orders.

We still want to understand what is meant by "charts all froze". Was the user interface of Sierra Chart completely frozen and could not be interacted with? Or, was there a problem with the data feed stopping and the charts were not updating?
