Why can't I see market depth on the trading DOM? I updated to win 10 yesterday but that hasn't something to do with issue, or does it?

Make sure you have added the Bid Size and Ask Size columns. Refer to:

Select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window from the Trade DOM. Do you see Market Depth there?

In the "Customize TradeDOM Columns" I have:

Bid Size/Buy Column - centered
Price
Ask Size/Sell Column - centered

I recognized that Sierra real time data is not being used since ther is no [M] at the header. I have paid for it so why am I not connected to the data?

When I open market depth windows I only see one bid and one ask price. Now I noticed that some of my charts do have [M] at the header and some have [CB]. Am I connected to sierra real time data or not?

When you see the [M] this means the Sierra Chart data feed is used for that particular symbol.

We verified you do have the CME exchange with market depth:
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

Select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. Do you see the [M] on the market depth window? Also let us know the symbol.

The symbols are ES-201512-GLOBEX and NQ-201512-GLOBEX (I'm using interactive brokers). I don't see [M] on the market depth windows

ah ok. If I want to trade in simulation mode is it safe to have the trade simulation checked? will there be a risk that a trade will get executed live?

No risk if Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On is enabled.
