ID: 1 | 2015-10-28 09:31:44 SC Market Stats | Connecting to the server ds3.sierracharts.com. Port 443 | 2015-10-28 09:31:44 I can't tell what responsible but it triggers a recalculation on all charts and it's happening at least 20 times a day. Any insights? |

The only reason this would trigger a recalculation is when a chart is referencing another chart. Is that the case? Also, this happens because historical data is being downloaded upon the connection to the server. Regarding this: TT FIX Trading socket (152) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2015-10-28 09:31:36 This is due to an Internet connectivity problem. Have your broker give you a different IP address for another server if they have one available. Otherwise, use a different Internet connection. It is a definitely essential for you to try a different Internet connection as part of troubleshooting this process. Also check all of your computer networking hardware. Try replacing any routers, switches and network adapters. And also try a different computer. All of this is part of the troubleshooting process. We also maintain a connection to TT FIX through AMP and do not see these disconnections. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I have linked charts but the Log seems to indicate that these recalcs are being triggered by Market Stat symbols (NVOL-SP, TICK-NYSE, NISS-SP, etc). Those charts have no links that I'm aware of. Additionally, I have a connection monitor running and I don't see any dropouts there so I'm fairly sure it's not that. I guess I'll have to contact my broker. Specifically what messages are you referring to in the Message Log relating to the Market Statistics symbols?
