Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings That should solve the problem. Also, unless you are connected to a trading account, you will not get real-time updates for this symbol since it is a CME derived symbol. Ok, thanks I will do that. However, I do have a futures account, but on another instance of SC. Does that mean I would have to use the Futures trading account to get this symbol, or is there a way I can get it on the SC Exchange account set up, maybe by registering the futures account somewhere?

If you want the chart for that symbol to update in real time, you do need to be using your futures trading account. You will see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol in the instance of Sierra Chart connected to your futures trading account. Ok, thank you for this information. However, I have another issue with my Sierra Exchange service in that various symbols do not update in real time, and not all will deliver real time Intra-day data. A specific example is $DJWM, which will load data upon startup, but rarely updates after than. Furthermore, an intraday chart for this symbol shows no data at all. This is a bit frustrating, in that I thought I was getting real time data with this service. Apparently it is "Part time Real Time" and sometimes (as in intraday) no data is supplied at all. My question is: how/where do I find out what is RT, Delayed, No data at all? |

This symbol was not in the list of cash index symbols. We are adding it now. Let us know what other symbols you need added.
