I can see my entry price / line - but I cannot see my stop or target and they definitely exist on the IB side of things. Not an exchange issue as I can see stop/target/entry fine with a Robusta position on the same exchange.

I've tried messing around with different symbol names to see if that's the issue but C-201512-ICEEUSOFT-GBP and C-201512-ICEEUSOFT-GBP-10 produce basically the same results.

Refresh trade data does nothing and the "trade orders and positions" does not show my stop/target either. Orders are both green in IB, so no issues there.

Also, wanted to clarify, I see this with 1313, but I also saw it with 1309 - so I don't think it's related to the latest version (unlike my other issue I just reported).

Note I also see this with even a NYBOT Cocoa position (CC). It's really quite odd because I see KC positions fine and I see Robusta positions fine and the former is on NYBOT and latter on ICEEU (Liffe) so it's not as if I do not ever see stop/targets working with these exchanges.

Updating the prices of targets and stops on the TWS side allows SC to see the orders. If I then refresh orders from trade service - they disappear. Additionally, if I move a stop or limit after it becomes visible, the order disappears and does not update in TWS.

After updating the limit-based targets they become visible in SC, but the associated stop-position is listed as "unknown" for both of these instruments.

If this is the case, then this is beyond our ability to offer any help with. So were the orders entered from Sierra Chart? Maybe they were, but then they just disappeared? Not unusual Interactive Brokers. This happens because TWS no longer provided an update for those orders.

We recommend contacting IB technical support about this.

The orders were entered from Sierra Chart. In fact I distinctly remember buying London Cocoa and seeing my stop and targets disappear after the order filled.

SC *is able* to see the stop and targets if I update them on the TWS side. If I so much as move one of them it shows "Pending modify", they disappear, and I see an error in the logs:

Trading Message from IB: Duplicate order id. Error Code: 103. ServiceOrderID: 0. | 2015-10-20 03:15:13

In fact, I just did this with the CC position.

You need to contact Interactive Brokers about this. They need to examine the TWS log file.

The fact that you see the "duplicate order ID" error does indicate that Sierra Chart is using the correct order ID to modify the order.

The way that an order modification is performed through TWS is through the PLACE_ORDER command and specifying the same client OrderID used with the original order submission.

So the very fact that you get:

Trading Message from IB: Duplicate order id. Error Code: 103. ServiceOrderID: 0. | 2015-10-20 03:15:13

Shows that Sierra Chart is using the correct client order ID to modify the order but for some reason rather than modifying the order TWS gives this error for unknown reasons.

I assume this was related to the now known IB order positions issue?

No, this is definitely not related to that Trade Position symbol problem for 2016 symbols. This we are certain of.
