The orders were entered from Sierra Chart. In fact I distinctly remember buying London Cocoa and seeing my stop and targets disappear after the order filled. SC *is able* to see the stop and targets if I update them on the TWS side. If I so much as move one of them it shows "Pending modify", they disappear, and I see an error in the logs: Trading Message from IB: Duplicate order id. Error Code: 103.
