SMS alert notification not working

Hello, I would like to use SMS alert notification service, I bought additional service balance, I set the alert, I have enabled option to send SMS messages on alerts in my Account Control Panel of course. When I set it to send alert on my email, it works well. But when I set it to send me an SMS, it doesnt work an this error appears: Alert SMS error: Authentication Failed. Restart Sierra Chart. I tried to restart SC several times, it didnt help. I upgradet to the newest version of SC, restart it, but it again doesnt work and the erorr log is the same. I am from Czech republic and I try to send the SMS on my phone number 777229630. I used properly the part before my number, to my country it is +420 or 00420. I tried both, but nothing works. Yes, im still getting the message. Now I tried again both forms of my phone number (+420 and 00420), but it is still not working. Email alert is still OK, i obtained it.

I just downloaded and intalled prerelease version 1318, but the problem is still there. I again got the message Alert SMS error: Authentication Failed. Restart Sierra Chart.

We think we know what the problem is. On the Sierra Chart Login window, if you do not have the option to save the password checked, then it can lead to this problem. We have solved it if you do not save the password. You need to update to the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart.
