Hi, I cant seem to get data to show on my charts past the 2015-09-23 point (see attached). I have tried downloading and installing the latest version. Although installing okay it still does not update the chart, I have also closed and re-opened the chart with no difference.

On the intraday data editor i can see the problem date, but if I delete the date and time then click "delete and download data from current position to end" it just re-adds the date 2015-09-23.

When I restart Sierra, it appears that the data download is upto date in the message log:

HD Request # 5 | Intraday download COMPLETE for XG#. Completion time: 0s. Unique request ID: 4 | 2015-10-09 08:20:43
Removed historical data download ID 4 | 2015-10-09 08:20:43
Real-time Intraday chart data file updates started for XG# | 2015-10-09 08:20:43

Could someone assist please as currently it's unusable?

Thanks

The problem is you are using the incorrect symbol for the SC Forex Data service.

That symbol is an IQ Feed symbol.

The equivalent symbol will be GER30. You can find it in File >> Find Symbol.

Many thanks for that, my IQ had expired and I changed the feed to Sierra but the chart didn't update.

Thanks again.
