Intraday Chart [Historic Cumulative Delta Volume Data not loaded]

Hello, I am using TeleTrader data feed. As of late everytime I close Sierra Chart and reopen my chartbook the latest cumulative delta volume data is not downloaded / updated within the charts (note: I have six days of historic bid and ask data coming with the feed). Thus data is missing. All other studies (volume etc..) are correctly updated. I am thus using "Edit/Download Intraday Chart" to get the missing data. I have to repeat this process for each chart which is cumbersome. Why is this data not updated once I open the Chartbook? Did I change something unintenationally? Thanks. Best SH. |

We did not see a problem with this when we ran a test just now. We opened the chart for MSFT.STK.NASDAQ which we have not opened for a long time and the download worked correctly. The log is below. As we think through this, we cannot see a reason why you would experience what you do especially when you get the Bid Volume and Ask Volume right after by re-downloading it. There is a way to re-download data for multiple charts and that is explained in this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#DeleteDownloadAllCharts In order for us to help you with this problem, it is best that you open just one chart when you start Sierra Chart and connect to TeleTrader. Comming back to this problem as it is not resolved. I am restating my problem. Please disregard my first post from 2015 I am using TeleTrader data feed with version 1512. Everytime I close Sierra Chart or disconnect from the feed and reopen my chartbook the latest cumulative delta volume data is not downloaded / updated within the charts (note: I have six days of historic bid and ask data coming with the feed). Thus data is missing. All other studies (volume etc..) are correctly updated. Reloading data as explained make things even worse as the recorded cumulative delta volume will be lost. I have opened a fresh symbol for which I have no recorded data. I added the Cumulative Delta Bars Volume study but no historical data is shown. Only current data is recorded. Another thing is to increase the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Maximum Intraday Days to Download >> 1 Tick Data setting.
